Responsibilities/Work Location. Employee’s duties and authority shall be prescribed by the Board and shall be commensurate with those of an executive chairman and/or interim chief executive officer, as applicable, of a company of comparable size and with a similar business as the Company. Employee agrees that while serving as Executive Chairman and/or interim Chief Executive Officer under this Agreement Employee shall use best efforts and devote such business time to the Company as reasonably necessary to perform such duties. Employee’s primary place of work shall be the Company’s offices in [_____], Florida, but shall travel to other Company locations as his duties may reasonably require.
