Responsibility for agents etc. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Deed and if the Trustee exercises due care in selecting any custodian, agent, delegate or nominee (an "Appointee"), it will not have any obligation to supervise or monitor the Appointee and shall not be responsible for any loss, liability, cost, claim, action, demand or expense incurred by reason of the Appointee’s acts or omissions, misconduct or default or any acts or omissions, negligence, misconduct, fraud or default of any substitute appointed by the Appointee.
