RESPONSIBILITY FOR AUTHORISED USER. All use of the ChargePoint Services by a Rights Grantee exercising Rights granted by Customer shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement (including without limitation Customer’s indemnification obligation pursuant to Section 9 thereof). Customer shall be responsible for the actions, omissions, or performance of such Rights Grantee while exercising any such Rights, as if such action, omission or performance had been committed by Customer directly.
