Common use of Responsibility for Compliance with Agreement Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Compliance with Agreement. The LESO shall be responsible hereunder for the actions of any Resellers engaged by the LESO for the purposes of assuring the compliance of any such Reseller with the applicable terms and conditions of this Agreement, including without limitation, the LES Technical Criteria and Operating Procedures.
