Common use of Responsibility for Consultant’s Representatives Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for Consultant’s Representatives. Consultant shall be totally responsible and liable for all acts and omissions of Consultant Representatives to the same extent Consultant is responsible and liable for the acts and omissions of parties directly employed by Consultant. Consultant shall also be solely responsible for the payment of Consultant Representatives. This Agreement shall not be construed to create any contractual relationship between Owner and any Consultant Representative, nor shall it be construed to create any obligations of Owner to pay or to guarantee the payment of any monies due any such Consultant Representative or other person, except as may otherwise be required by law.
