Responsibility for Decisions. (a) You are solely responsible for your use of the Stripe Radar Services and Stripe Radar Data, as well as the decisions you make and the actions you take in connection with the Stripe Radar Services and Stripe Radar Data. (b) You are solely responsible for choosing which rules (default or custom) you use with the Stripe Radar Services. Your choice to input and use additional rules with the Stripe Radar Services may result in longer settlement times for applicable Transactions. Without further notice to you, Stripe may make general or specific changes to the rules that may alter the Stripe Radar Services.

Subject to 12.2.6 and 12.3.2(c) below, decisions to use purchased services will be made on a consensus basis. The decision makers are responsible for making timely decisions and for the decision itself.

Definition of Need The parties will consider what work must be done and why and include such dimensions as when it must commence and the duration of the work; the quantity of resources required; the quality of the results; the skills required and their availability internally and externally; and safety requirements.

Responsibility for Decisions. BANK understands that it will have complete and full responsibility for any and all decisions based directly or indirectly upon the information and guidance rendered through this Agreement. BANK hereby agrees to take complete and full responsibility for its actions, and further agrees that it will not hold XXXX or XXXXXXXXX liable for any citations, penalties, fees, damages, expenses, legal fees or any other costs related to BANK decisions, regardless of the information or guidance received under this Agreement.
Responsibility for Decisions about jurisdiction 2.1 Initial decisions regarding jurisdiction are likely to be made by the police force(s) investigating the alleged conduct. Accordingly, the protocol is intended to complement corresponding guidance to be issued by the PSNI and the Service Police. 2.2 Where a relevant prosecutor2 is consulted about an investigation, and is aware that the alleged conduct falls within s.320C(2) and s.320C(3) AFA 06, the prosecutor will be responsible for deciding on the appropriate jurisdiction in accordance with the principles set out in section 3 of the protocol and, where relevant, the procedures set out in sections 4 and 5. It is the duty of a relevant prosecutor to keep the issue of jurisdiction under review and to reconsider the question of jurisdiction in the event of a significant change of circumstances. 2.3 A decision as to jurisdiction should be made at the earliest reasonable opportunity and, in any event, before criminal proceedings3 have commenced save where there are exceptional circumstances (see paragraph 3.8 below). 2.4 Where a relevant prosecutor is responsible for making a decision in accordance with paragraph 2.2, above, the prosecutor will make a record of the decision as to jurisdiction, the basis for the decision, and any note of consultation or discussion made in accordance with paragraph 4.5 or paragraph 5.3.6 below, at the conclusion of the relevant procedure.
Responsibility for Decisions. (a) You understand and acknowledge that the prices of any Digital Asset may be subject to sudden and unexpected change due to a range of factors. We cannot and do not make any guarantee or representation about the value or liquidity of any Digital Asset. (b) All decisions on whether to purchase, hold or sell any Digital Assets or to enter into any Digital Asset Transaction are yours. We are not responsible for any decision made by you: (1) to enter into the Agreement or any Digital Asset Transaction, or to use any of the Services; or (2) about any features or risks of any Digital Asset, or any Fees or Costs payable in connection with it. (c) While some of our employees and agents may be authorised to give you certain types of information about Digital Assets or other products or services neither our employees nor our agents have any authority to make representations about anything in connection with the Agreement. (d) Subject to any Applicable Law, we are not liable for any Loss if our employees or agents act without authority. If you consider that any representation has been made to you that is not set out in the Agreement, you must give us details in writing so that we can clarify it.

Responsibility for DecisionsThe Client shall have the option in its sole discretion to accept, reject or modify any information or advice rendered to it by Cape International and/or each Representative and all decisions in relation to the Services shall be made by and be the sole responsibility of the Client which shall make an independent analysis of the Services in conjunction with its own professional advisers.
