Responsibility for Design Engineering. 1.1. The Project will be prepared in accordance with the Minnesota Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MMUTCD). 1.2. The City will direct the engineering services for the Project. 1.3. The Project will be presented to the County and will be on file at the city of Arden Hills.
