Common use of Responsibility for documentation Clause in Contracts

Responsibility for documentation. Neither the Facility Agent, the Security Agent nor the Arranger: (a) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; or (b) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. Neither the Facility Agent, the Security Agent nor the Arranger: (a) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; or (b) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. Neither the Facility Agent, the Security Agent Trustee nor the Arranger: (a) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower Security Trustee, an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentDocument or the Information Memorandum; or (b) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Neither the Facility Agent, the Security Agent nor the Arranger: (ai) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; or (bii) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Neither the Facility Agent, the Security Agent nor the Arranger: (a1) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower any Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentDocument or information memorandum; or (b2) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Neither the Facility Agent, nor the Security Agent Agent, nor the Arranger: (a) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; or (b) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Neither the Facility Agent, the Security Agent nor the ArrangerArranger nor, in each case, its officers, employees or agents: (a) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; or (b) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Neither the Facility Agent, the Security Agent Trustee nor the Arranger: (a) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower Security Trustee, an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; or (b) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Neither None of the Facility Agent, the Arrangers or the Security Agent nor the ArrangerTrustee: (a) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower Security Trustee, an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance Document; or (b) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document. 28.

Neither the Facility Agent, the Security Agent nor the ArrangerArrangers is responsible or liable for: (a) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the a Arranger, the Borrower an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentDocument or the Information Package or the transactions contemplated in the Finance Documents; or (b) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation. Neither the Facility Agent, the Security Agent nor the Arranger: (a) is responsible for the adequacy, accuracy and/or completeness of any information (whether oral or written) supplied by the Facility Agent, the Security Agent, the Arranger, the Borrower an Obligor or any other person given in or in connection with any Finance DocumentDocument or any information memorandum used in connection with the syndication of the Facility; or (b) is responsible for the legality, validity, effectiveness, adequacy or enforceability of any Finance Document or any other agreement, arrangement or document entered into, made or executed in anticipation of or in connection with any Finance Document.

Responsibility for documentation.
