Responsibility for Equipment. 35.1 The Contractor shall be required to remove all plant, tackle and tools which it brings to the Premises on termination or expiry of this Contract, or at any time at the request of the Authority. 35.2 The Contractor shall ensure that all such plant, tackle and tools shall meet minimum safety standards required by law.
