Responsibility for its Program Sample Clauses

Responsibility for its Program. UCLA EXTENSION shall be responsible for the following with respect to the Program: the delineation of the academic curriculum; the provision of instructors (if applicable); awarding any certification or degree in the Program; maintaining appropriate accreditation; and compliance with the applicable laws and rules with respect to operation of the Program.
