Responsibility for maintaining accounts. 3.1 Each of the entities constituting the Company shall be responsible for maintaining their own accounting records in order to comply fully with all legal requirements and to support all fiscal returns or any other accounting reports required by any governmental authority in relation to the Petroleum Operations. The operator for and on behalf of all entities constituting the Company shall maintain the accounts of the Petroleum Operations under the Agreement in such a manner so as to permit each such entity to fulfill the obligations under this Agreement.
