Medical Services Medical and health care services provided to a Patient, including, but not limited to, medical and health care services provided to a Patient and performed by Borrower which are covered by a policy of insurance issued by an Insurer, and includes physician services, nurse and therapist services, dental services, hospital services, skilled nursing facility services, comprehensive outpatient rehabilitation services, home health care services, residential and out-patient behavioral healthcare services, and medicine or health care equipment provided by Borrower to a Patient for a necessary or specifically requested valid and proper medical or health purpose.
Legal Services Legal services and expenses in connection with the affairs of the Trust, including registering and qualifying its shares with regulatory authorities;
Responsibility for Contract Administration The Servicer will have the sole obligation to manage, administer, service and make collections on the Contracts and perform or cause to be performed all contractual and customary undertakings of the holder of the Contracts to the Obligor. The Owner Trustee, at the written request of a Servicing Officer, shall furnish the Servicer with any powers of attorney or other documents necessary or appropriate in the opinion of the Owner Trustee to enable the Servicer to carry out its servicing and administrative duties hereunder. The Servicer is hereby appointed the servicer hereunder until such time as any Service Transfer may be effected under Article VIII.
Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:
Responsibility for Costs The Servicer is responsible for collection from such Borrower of any recording or similar costs or expenses incidental to the granting of relief with respect to a delinquent Mortgage Loan.
Responsibility for Subcustodians Except as provided in the last sentence of this Section 8.6, the Custodian shall be liable to the Fund for any loss or damage to the Fund caused by or resulting from the acts or omissions of any Subcustodian to the extent that such acts or omissions would be deemed to be negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct in accordance with the terms of the relevant subcustodian agreement under the laws, circumstances and practices prevailing in the place where the act or omission occurred. The liability of the Custodian in respect of the countries and Subcustodians designated by the Custodian, from time to time on the Global Custody Network Listing shall be subject to the additional condition that the Custodian actually recovers such loss or damage from the Subcustodian.

Custody Services The Fund, on behalf of the Series, will open with Mellon one or more custody account(s) designated "Series" (such designated custody account(s) hereinafter referred to as "Series Account"). The Series Account will contain the appropriate designation in its title and will be operated subject to the terms of the Custodian Agreement between Mellon and the Fund.
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES The Administrator shall provide the following services, in each case, subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Fund and the review and comment by the Fund's auditors and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Fund and the Administrator:
Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.
