Responsibility for MIS Account's Commitments. Except as is otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, MIS Account shall be solely responsible for any and all obligations or responsibilities it incurs or assumes in preparation for or in performance of this Agreement; and General Motors LLC shall have no liability in connection with the establishment or conduct of MIS Account.
