Responsibility for processes. The Client is solely responsible for the processes which handle data of a personal nature performed on its behalf within the scope of the Services, whether by itself, by OVH, or by a third party. The handling of data of a personal nature performed by OVH on behalf of the Client within the scope of the execution of the Services (in particular the provision of support services), shall be undertaken by OVH in the capacity of a subcontractor and data processor and under the instructions of the Client only.

Responsibility for processes. OVH is not responsible of the processing of any data uploaded, stored and used by the Client within the Services. In this respect, OVH is acting as data processor under the Client’s instruction and the Client remains solely responsible for such data processing.
