Responsibility for Record Documents. The Contractor shall keep a marked-up, up-to-date set of the Progress Record Documents. The Progress Record Documents shall depict the as-built conditions of the Work as they occur during the course of construction as an accurate record of the deviations between the Work as designed and the Work as installed.
