Responsibility for Sample Costs Clause Samples

Responsibility for Sample Costs. All Samples produced in connection with a production launch or a new Product development program shall be furnished at Supplier’s cost, without any charge to YETI. As for Samples produced in connection with a research and development event in a situation where YETI has not yet determined whether or not such R&D effort will lead to the launch of a new Product, YETI shall reimburse Supplier for the reasonable cost of such Samples, as mutually agreed by the Parties in advance. Payment terms for such Samples shall be the same as for Products.
