Responsibility for Security of Authority ICT Systems. 10.6.1 The Authority or its appointed agents shall be responsible for ensuring the security of its infrastructure, services and data up to the point at which there is a physical or logical interface with the Contractor’s ICT System. 10.6.2 Notwithstanding clause 10.6.1 (Responsibility for Security of Authority ICT Systems), the Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the security of the Authority’s ICT System and any other connected or related systems is not jeopardised including erecting firewalls, providing protection against viruses and ensuring security of access to the Authority’s ICT System.
