Responsibility of breach of contract. 10.1 If one Party does not fulfill the obligations it should undertake under this Agreement, which cause losses to the other Party, they shall be liable for compensation in accordance with law, unless otherwise provided by this Agreement. 10.2 If this Agreement is unable to be fulfilled, and both of two Parties are in fault, they shall bear their respective liabilities according to their own fault.
