Responsibility of Corporation for Trustee Actions. The Corporation shall not have any responsibility for, or incur any liability in respect of, any act, or any failure to act, by the Trustee which results in the failure of the Trustee (i) to credit the appropriate account with funds made available by the Corporation pursuant to this Agreement or (ii) to effect the purchase for the account of the Corporation of Variable Rate Bonds with such funds pursuant to this Agreement.
