Common use of Responsibility of Director Clause in Contracts

Responsibility of Director. A-8.1 The Director shall be responsible for the presentation of his or her cut of the motion picture (xxxxxx referred to as the “Director’s Cut”) and it is understood that his or her assignment is not complete until he or she has presented the Director’s Cut to the Employer, subject to this Agreement, as soon as practicable within the time period hereinafter provided for. It is the Director’s absolute right to personally supervise and control the Director’s Cut subject to the terms of this Agreement.
