RESPONSIBILITY OF PROVIDER. A. Provider shall be solely responsible for the quality and accuracy of its work and the work of its Providers performed in connection with this Agreement. Any review, approval, or concurrence therewith by the County shall not be deemed to constitute acceptance or waiver by the County of any error or omission as to such work. B. Provider shall coordinate the activities of all subcontractors and is responsible to ensure that all work product is consistent with one another to produce a unified, workable, and acceptable whole functional product. County shall promptly notify Provider of any defect in Provider’s performance. C. The Services shall be performed by Provider or under its supervision. Any additional personnel performing the Services under this Agreement on behalf of Provider shall at all times be under Provider's exclusive direction and control. Provider shall pay all wages, salaries, and other amounts due such personnel in connection with their performance of Services under this Agreement and as required by law. Provider shall be responsible for all reports and obligations respecting such additional personnel, including, but not limited to, social security taxes, income tax withholding, unemployment insurance, disability insurance, and workers' compensation insurance.
