Responsibility of Serviced Group. Notwithstanding the appointment of the Servicer to perform the Services and the related delegation of authority and responsibility to the Servicer pursuant to this Agreement, each Person within the Serviced Group shall remain responsible for all matters related to its business, operations, assets and liabilities.
