Responsibility of the Controller. Under this Agreement, Customer is also solely responsible for complying with the legal provisions on data protection, in particular for the lawfulness of data transmission to ATOSS, for the lawfulness of the processing of personal data by ATOSS, and for the protection of the rights of data subjects ("Controller" as defined in Art. 4 (7) GDPR).
