Responsibility Schedule Clause Samples
A Responsibility Schedule is a clause that outlines and assigns specific duties, tasks, or obligations to the parties involved in an agreement. It typically takes the form of a table or list, detailing who is responsible for each aspect of a project or contract, such as deliverables, deadlines, or ongoing maintenance. By clearly delineating responsibilities, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and disputes, ensuring that all parties are aware of their roles and obligations throughout the duration of the agreement.
