Common use of Responsible Principals Clause in Contracts

Responsible Principals. (a) Consultant’s Responsible Principal set forth above shall be principally responsible for Consultant’s obligations under this Agreement and shall serve as principal liaison between City and Consultant. Designation of another Responsible by Consultant shall not be made without prior written consent of City. (b) City’s Responsible Principal shall be the City Manager or his designee set forth above who shall administer the terms of the Agreement on behalf of City.

(a) ConsultantContractor’s Responsible Principal set forth above responsible principal, Xxxx Xxxxxxx, shall be principally responsible for ConsultantContractor’s obligations under this Agreement and shall serve as principal liaison between City and ConsultantContractor. Designation of another Responsible Principal by Consultant Contractor shall not be made without prior written consent of City. (b) City’s Responsible Principal shall be the City Manager or his designee set forth above Human Resources Director, who shall administer the terms of the Agreement on behalf of City.
