Rest Period After Excessive Hours. 54.1 An Employee who normally works four or more shifts per week, and performs Excessive Hours that include any hours of the Employee’s rostered day off, will be granted a substitute rostered day off on a working day (without loss of pay) as soon as practicable, but not later than 14 days from the Excessive Hours worked.
