Restated Transaction Documents. Upon execution and delivery of this Agreement, the parties shall also execute and deliver the following documents to which they are a signatory: (a) Restated Long-term Note. Amended and Restated Secured Convertible Promissory Note, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (the "Restated Long-term Note"), which modifies, amends and restates in its entirety the Long-term Note. (b) Restated Short-term Note. Amended and Restated Secured Promissory Note, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B (the "Restated Short-term Note"), which modifies, amends and restates in its entirety the Short-term Note.
