Common use of Restatement Effective Date Certificate Clause in Contracts

Restatement Effective Date Certificate. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) a certificate of each Loan Party, dated the Restatement Effective Date, substantially in the form of Exhibit H, with appropriate insertions and attachments including the certificate of incorporation, formation or limited partnership of each Loan Party certified by the relevant authority of the jurisdiction of organization of such Loan Party, and (ii) a long form good standing certificate (or, in connection with the Canadian Loan Parties, a certificate of status or its equivalent) for each Loan Party from its jurisdiction of organization.
