Restaurant Building. Tenant has and shall continue to provide and install at the Restaurant all furniture, fixtures, and accessories necessary for the operation of a first-class restaurant and cocktail lounge. Tenant shall maintain in good condition all aspects of the building, including but not limited to building systems and structural elements.
