Common use of Restaurant Equipment Clause in Contracts

Restaurant Equipment. All of the machinery, equipment (including without limitation all POS equipment), furnishings, trade fixtures, cleaning and other supplies, uniforms, spare equipment parts and all other personal property (other than Inventory, as hereinafter defined) owned by Seller and used or held for use in, or in connection with, the operation of the Restaurants according to the current standards required of franchisees by Burger King Corporation (“BKC” or “Burger King”) (collectively, "Restaurant Equipment");

Restaurant Equipment.
