Restaurant Names Sample Clauses

Restaurant Names. The Restaurants shall be known as "▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇" or by such trade name as may from time to time be mutually approved by Manager and Developer Franchise Agreement. In the event of any breach of any covenant under this Section 12.1, Manager, in addition to any remedies available to it hereunder, or at law or in equity shall have the right to an injunction.
