Restorability Determinations. For purposes of this Agreement, a watercourse that currently functions as a Class II may be deemed restorable to a fish-bearing condition (Restorable Class I) after consultation with the Department either through the PTHP process or a consultation initiated by MRC. For activities that are not part of a PTHP process, MRC may request a field review and determination from the Department.
