Restoration of Funds. Except as otherwise provided by Law, no Member will be required to restore to the Company any funds properly distributed to it pursuant to this LLC Agreement. A Member will not be required to restore a deficit balance in its Capital Account or to lend any funds to the Company, except as otherwise provided herein or in the other Operative Agreements.
