Restoration of loss or damage to the Silo Complex. 12.9.1. Save and except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, in the event that the Silo Complex or any part thereof suffers any loss or damage during the Concession Period from any cause whatsoever, the Concessionaire shall, at its cost and expense, rectify and remedy such loss or damage forthwith so that the Silo Complex conforms to the provisions of this Agreement.
