Common use of Restoration of Negative Capital Accounts Clause in Contracts

Restoration of Negative Capital Accounts. Except as otherwise required by law, no Partner shall have any obligation to the Partnership or the other Partners or to any other Person, including creditors of the Partnership, to restore any negative balance in its Capital Account.

Restoration of Negative Capital Accounts. Except as otherwise required in Section 9.3 hereof or as may be required by law, or in respect of any negative balance resulting from a distribution which is in contravention of this Agreement, no Partner with a negative balance in its Capital Account shall have any obligation to the Partnership or to the other Partners or to any other Person, including creditors of the Partnership, Partner to restore any such negative balance in its Capital Accountbalance.
