Common use of Restraining Order Clause in Contracts

Restraining Order. In the event that a Member shall at any time transfer or attempt to transfer any of its Units and any rights hereby granted, then the other Members shall, in addition to all rights and remedies at law and in equity, be entitled to a decree or order restraining and enjoining such Transfer and the offending Member shall not plead in defense thereto that there would be an adequate remedy at law; it being hereby expressly acknowledged and agreed that damages at law will be an inadequate remedy for a breach or threatened breach of the violation of the provisions concerning transfer set forth in this Agreement.
