Common use of Restraint of Business Clause in Contracts

Restraint of Business. (a) The entry of any judgment in excess of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($2,500,000.00) against any Loan Party, which judgment (i) is not covered by insurance (as to which the insurer has not notified the applicable Loan Party of the insurer's reservation of rights) or (ii) is not satisfied, stayed (if a money judgment) or appealed from (with execution or similar process stayed) within thirty (30) days of its entry.
