Common use of Restraint of Business Clause in Contracts

Restraint of Business. (a) Any Credit Party shall be enjoined, restrained or in any way prevented by the order of any Governmental Authority from conducting any material part of the business of such Credit Party and such order shall continue in effect for more than thirty (30) days, (b) there shall occur any damage to, or loss, theft, attachment, levy or destruction of, any material part of the Collateral, whether or not insured, or (c) any strike, lockout, labor dispute, embargo, condemnation, act of God or public enemy or terrorism, or other casualty, which in any such case causes, for more than fifteen (15) consecutive days, the cessation or substantial curtailment of revenue producing activities of a Credit Party if such event or circumstance is not covered by business interruption insurance and would have a Material Adverse Effect; or
