Restraint of Business. (a) The entry of any uninsured judgment against the Borrower, in excess of $5,000,000.00, individually or in the aggregate, which judgment is not satisfied (if a money judgment) or appealed from (with execution or similar process stayed) within thirty (30) days of its entry.
