Lessee does not hold a contract or other obligation to operate the Aircraft to or for any of the countries designated under U.S. Code of Federal Regulations 31 CFR Parts 500-599 including, without limitation, Cuba, Iraq, Iran, Libya, North Korea, the Bosnia-Serb controlled areas of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Unita Rebels of Angola.
