Restricted Distributions. Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary contained in this Agreement, neither the Company nor the Managing Member, on behalf of the Company, shall make a distribution to any Member on account of its Membership Interest or interest in LLC Units if such distribution would violate Section 18- 607 of the Act or other applicable law.
