Restricted Global Notes; Resale Restriction Termination Date. (i) If, on the Free Trade Date, or the next succeeding Business Day if the Free Trade Date is not a Business Day, any Notes are represented by a Global Note that is a Restricted Note (any such Global Note, a “Restricted Global Note”), the Company will use reasonable efforts to effect an exchange of every beneficial interest in each Restricted Global Note for beneficial interests in Global Notes that are not subject to the restrictions set forth in the Restricted Notes Legend and in Section 2.07 hereof on or prior to the 375th day after the Issue Date.
