Common use of Restricted Global Securities Clause in Contracts

Restricted Global Securities. (i) Notes that are Restricted Securities shall be issued in the form of one or more global securities (each, a “Restricted Global Security”) in definitive, fully registered form without interest coupons, with the legend provided for in Exhibit B hereto, except as otherwise permitted herein. (ii) Each Restricted Global Security shall be registered in the name of DTC or its nominee and deposited with the Trustee, at its Corporate Trust Office, as custodian for DTC, duly executed by the Company and authenticated by the Trustee as hereinafter provided. The aggregate principal amount of a Restricted Global Security may from time to time be increased or decreased by adjustments made on the records of the Trustee, as custodian for DTC, in connection with a corresponding decrease or increase in the aggregate principal amount of a Regulation S Global Security or an Unrestricted Global Security, as hereinafter provided.
