Common use of Restricted Global Security Clause in Contracts

Restricted Global Security. Securities sold in reliance on Rule 144A under the Securities Act shall be represented by one or more Restricted Global Securities and shall be deposited with the Trustee as custodian for, and registered in the name of a nominee of, DTC. Each Global Security shall be subject to certain restrictions on transfer, set forth in Section 2.3 and Section 2.4 of this Appendix.
