Restricted Income Units of Comparable Quality. The Restricted Units shall be of comparable quality and offer a range of sizes and number of bedrooms comparable to those units which are available to other tenants and shall be distributed throughout the Project. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties agree that this Subsection 6(e) shall have no practical effect because one hundred percent (100%) of the units (excluding the manager’s unit) in the Project are required to be Restricted Units pursuant to Subsection 4(a).
