Restricted Lender. This Section 5.11 shall only apply for the benefit of a Section 5.11 Restricted Lender to the extent that this Section 5.11 would not result in any violation of or liability under EU Regulation (EC) 2271/96 or §7 of the German Aussenwirtschaftsverordnung. In connection with any amendment, waiver, determination or direction relating to this Section 5.11, the Loans of any Section 5.11 Restricted Lender will be excluded for the purpose of determining whether any consent pursuant to Section 8.02 has been obtained.
