Common use of Restricted Parties Clause in Contracts

Restricted Parties. Customer represents that neither the Customer nor any of its end users: (i) is a Restricted Party; (ii) is located in, organised under the laws of or ordinarily resident in a Restricted Country; (iii) will directly or indirectly export, re- export or otherwise transfer any goods, technology or Services covered by the Terms and Conditions to Restricted Countries or Restricted Parties; or (iv) will access or otherwise use the Services from or in a Restricted Country.
