Restricted Stock and Stock Option Awards. Executive shall be entitled to participate in the 1999 Long-Term Stock Incentive Plan, and such successor and/or complementary plans which may be established by the Company from time to time, upon such terms and conditions as may be determined annually in the sole discretion of the Compensation Committee.
