Restricted Stock Award Program (. “RSAP”). In the RSAP with annual grants of restricted stock equal to at least 30% of Base Salary as of the date of this grant subject to meeting targets set forth in the RSAP.
Restricted Stock Award Program (. In consideration of Employee’s employment and Employee’s execution of this Agreement, Employee shall be eligible to participate in Company’s Restricted Stock Award Program, to the extent such program is approved and implemented by the Compensation Committee subject to the terms and conditions of such program, as yet to be determined. Employee’s participation in Company’s Restricted Stock Award Program shall be consistent with other employees relative to Employee’s employment level.
