Restricted Stock Units and Performance Units Awards. The Company hereby grants to you an aggregate of up to «Shares» restricted stock units (individually, an "RSU," and collectively, "RSUs") as more specifically set forth in Section 2(f). Each RSU entitles you to receive one share of common stock, par value $.01 per share, of the Company (the "Shares") at such time as the restrictions described in Section 2(e)(ii) lapse as described in Section 2(f)(i).
